The greatest source of human joy and pain is found in the drama of love and relationships. Marriage has always been the common context for this drama.
The epidemic and explosive rise of the divorce rate adds further fuel to the fear, hopelessness, and despair people feel withy regards to marriage.
Many victims of this failed marriages and divorced families develop resentment and suppressed anger, which manifest themselves in a general transfer of broken relationships and emotional dysfunction. Because of the fear of failure, some have plainly stated that they neither believe in marriage nor intend ever to marry.
Marriage is such a good idea, Only God could have thought of it. Inspite of many failed marriages, broken homes, divorce cases and disillusioned product of failed relationships, marriage is still a good and best idea ever
It is totally impossible for you to enjoy the beauty of marriage with the mindset that marriage is a bad idea. When the purpose of a thing is not known abuse becomes inevitable. God ordained and created marriage as the best institution on Earth, no civilization or culture has produced a better concept for orderly social development than that of the traditional institution of marriage.
Every society and culture has recognized an instinctive desire and need for formal arrangement for the healthy development of families. From the beginning the Holy Spirit designed and created marriage to be a place of peace, care, love, togetherness and oneness that was why the first marriage was instituted in a Garden and not a dustbin.
Marriage or relationship is not a place to try your luck, people today shop for relationships the way they shop for cloths. They ''try something on for size'' and if it does not fit they simply try something else. When they find something that suits them they wear it for a while until it fades or goes out of style, then they throw it out and rush out to replace it.
Until you know and recognize that marriage is Gods idea you can't succeed in it.
Marriage will ever be a good idea because God created it. He designed it and set its parameters. Marriage is not human concept, God Himself instituted and ordained marriage from the very beginning of human History.
God designed for marriage is found in
''Genesis 2:24(ESV):Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh''
One flesh is not gluing of two people rather fusion of two distinct element into one . When two elements are fused into one they become inseparable, nothing can disjoin them.
God had a permanent lifelong relationship for a man and woman ( Husband and Wife) in mind before He Establish marriage.
Marriage is a God-ordained institution that involves the joining of a man and woman as ''one flesh'' for a lifelong relationship.
