Sex problems In men;
1) Premature ejaculation
Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like. Premature ejaculation is a common sexual complaint. Estimates vary, but as many as 1 out of 3 men say they experience this problem at some time.
As long as it happens infrequently, it's not cause for concern. However, you might be diagnosed with premature ejaculation if you:
- Always or nearly always ejaculate within one minute of penetration
- Are unable to delay ejaculation during intercourse all or nearly all of the time
- Feel distressed and frustrated, and tend to avoid sexual intimacy as a result
Symptoms
The main symptom of premature ejaculation is the inability to delay ejaculation for more than one minute after penetration. However, the problem might occur in all sexual situations, even during masturbation.
Premature ejaculation can be classified as:
- Lifelong (primary). Lifelong premature ejaculation occurs all or nearly all of the time beginning with your first sexual encounters.
- Acquired (secondary). Acquired premature ejaculation develops after you've had previous sexual experiences without ejaculatory problems.
2) Impotence
Erectile
dysfunction can be a sign of a physical or psychological condition.
It
can cause stress, relationship strain and low self-confidence.
The
main symptom is a man's inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for
sexual intercourse.
Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should first be evaluated for any underlying physical and psychological conditions.
If treatment of the underlying
conditions doesn't help, medication and assistive devices, such as pumps, can
be prescribed.
In women;
1) Vaginismus
What Is Vaginismus?
Vaginismus is when the muscles of a woman’s vagina squeeze or spasm when something is entering it, like a tampon or a penis. It can range from mildly uncomfortable to quite painful.
2) Frigidity
Frigidity, in psychology, the inability of a woman to attain orgasm during sexual intercourse
3) Inhibition of vaginal lubrication
Virginia dryness is common symptom of menopause -- and close to one out of every three women deals with it while going through "the change." It becomes even more common afterward. It also makes the vagina thinner and less elastic. This is called vaginal atrophy
4) Dyspareunia
Persistent or recurrent genital pain that occurs just before, during or after intercourse
5) Rapid orgasm in women.
Women, like men, can experience premature orgasm
6) Faking orgasm
A fake orgasm occurs when a person pretends to have an orgasm without actually experiencing one. It usually involves simulating or acting out behaviors typically associated with orgasm, such as body movements, vocal sounds, and sequences of intensification followed by apparent release. It can also include giving verbal indications that orgasm occurred.
# Reproductive health Right
#
Sexual and reproductive health and rights encompass efforts to eliminate preventable maternal and neonatal mortality and morbidity, to ensure quality sexual and reproductive health services, including contraceptive services, and to address sexually transmitted infections (STI) and cervical cancer, violence against women and girls, and sexual and reproductive health needs of adolescents.
Universal access to sexual
and reproductive health is essential not only to achieve sustainable
development but also to ensure that this new framework speaks to the needs and
aspirations of people around the world and leads to realization of their health
and human rights.
